My room had central heating, a nice flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and even a microwave oven for quick snacks or leftovers. 📺

I liked that it was in Cedar City.

Almost everything had a problem. Nothing worked, it was dirty, the service was bad. Not worth the money or the hassle staying here.

    The price.

Property very old. Entry door didn't close unless it was slammed shut. Towels paper thin. Office had strange odor. No breakfast served.

Good price, friendly staff, nice to have mini-fridge and microwave.

Very stuffy with no windows that open, horrible quality towels and tiny, itty bitty soap, no shampoo & conditioner. If I had to pick one, I'd say definitely upgrade your towels.

The rooms were well-organised and excellent quality and with bath. The location was favourable and comfy, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Adams Theatre.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The staff here is really nice and the location is awesome, right by all the restaurants and bars. There's also a great restaurant nearby. the rooms are neat and tidy, and you get great value for your money. Plus, it's a perfect spot if you're here for the Shakespeare festival! 🎭

    God location.

Though hotel is cheap I would not recommend anyone to stay there. We stayed there in May 2011 for two days. At the front desk manager charge us much higher for the second day than rates at Booked.net, though we booked hotel using website. He explained this by higher rates during weekends. Furthermore, wi-fi did not work in the hotel. Manager said that maintenance man would come tomorrow. However, as I read in other guest reviews as at 21 June 2011 wi-fi was still not working! Exit road from hotel parking is bad. Twice I hit there road with my bumper. Finally it is rather difficult to understand the motel stuff due to language barrier.

It was quiet and the staff was friendly.

It was rather old and shabby, very worn frayed carpet that should be cleaned.

The motel had everything we needed for our New Year's stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked well. The motel's location along Route 130/Bus. I15 was ideal, with lots of businesses nearby. This made it convenient for us to find places to eat and shop during our stay.

The motel could benefit from a remodel. The carpeted walkway on the second floor was worn and had a tricky bump.

This was possible the worst motel I have stayed at in the past 30 years. The person running the motel was unfriendly, unhelpful, and indifferent. The offering of a free breakfast is a joke. Breakfast was really bad coffee with grounds, three day old store bought donuts, and nothing else. There is not classification for this motel, it is just bad.

I recently stayed at the Vagabond Inn in Cedar City and it was a great experience. The location was perfect for my overnight stay and I was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities provided in the room. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, and there was even a laundry facility on the premise. The room had a nice refrigerator and microwave, as well as a modern TV with a great selection of channels. The continental breakfast was a nice touch and had a good variety of options. The attention to detail in the room was impressive and I truly felt like everything a traveler needs was provided. Despite the minor drawbacks of a bumpy entrance and a run-down smell in some areas, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Cedar City.

The staff went to some trouble to assist us in canceling our second night through the booking service. The staff running the hotel, who appear to be a family, are very polite. There is good cable service. The rooms are generally clean and seem safe.

The motel is nothing like it appears in the advertising, which presents it as a relaxing, countryside alternative near an "historic district." The "historic district" is a highway-strip into the city, and there was nothing relaxing about this place: the windows didn't open, the fan screeched, and many of the other guests were loud and spent the evening in the parking lot. I complained about this, but the manager told me that it would be "the same anywhere". The motel advertises free wi-fi, but this does not reach many of the rooms, and the staff do not seem to care; they simply advised me to use it in the lobby. While I was doing so, I overheard the staff telling a walk-in customer that the rate would be $80 for the night: ridiculous! We paid less than that, thankfully, but we have paid much less still for much nicer accommodation on many occasions this extended driving holiday. We would stay here again as an overnight stop, but only if we were offered a budget rate much lower than we paid.
